The Openlab Registration module allows you to correct for registration problems that can occur when imaging multilabelled fluorescent samples due to chromatic abberations in the optical path of the microscope.

It is possible to determine and record the offset between colors for different objective lenses, filters, intermediate magnification lenses etc. by using a set of multilabelled microspheres. These are available from companies such as Molecular Probes

These measurements can be saved in the Registration module via the Setting Saver and used to re-align your images by choosing the appropriate color/optics combination.
